Are all IZZEDIN bags handmade?

Yes! Every IZZEDIN bag is handcrafted to order in the USA. No mass production — just artistry, intention, and carefully sourced materials.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 2–3 weeks for production before shipping. Each bag is made-to-order, and quality takes time.

Need it sooner? Email us at diane@izzedin.style and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Customization

Can I customize my bag?

Absolutely! IZZEDIN is all about personal expression. You can customize in three ways:

1. Fringe Placement (Available on website)

Most bags offer fringe placement options right on the product page:

  • Zipper Fringe: subtle movement

  • Bottom Fringe: bold, dramatic sway

2. Small Tweaks (Email Required)

Want to switch the strap? Adjust colors? Add a little something extra? We love that.

Email us at diane@izzedin.style with your idea, and we’ll confirm what’s possible. Small tweaks may require a minor upcharge depending on materials.

3. Full Custom — Build Your Own Bag (Email Required)

For the daring, the dreamers, and the ones who want something truly one-of-a-kind.

Design a fully custom bag with Diane — choose the leather, colors, hardware, interior lining, fringe style, everything.

How do I start a custom order?

How should I wear my IZZEDIN bag?

Any way you want. Every bag is designed to be worn crossbody, as a shoulder bag, or around the waist.

What materials do you use?

IZZEDIN uses premium leathers such as lambskin, suede, cowhide, specialty metallics, and custom textures. Hardware is RiRi, considered the highest quality in the industry.

How do I care for my leather bag?

  • Keep away from oils, perfumes, and moisture

  • Spot-clean with a soft cloth

  • Store in our silk dust bag when not in use

  • Avoid prolonged direct sunlight

  • Your bag will age beautifully with proper care.

Are the splatter, shimmer, or iridescent finishes painted or printed?

Some are hand-applied treatments, while others are specialty printed leathers. Each product description explains the exact material.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because each bag is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer repairs or exchanges.
