Every IZZEDIN bag is handcrafted to order in the USA, made specifically for you with intention and care. Because each piece is created one at a time, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.

If you have a specific timeline or need your bag sooner, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to see what’s possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Each IZZEDIN bag is made-to-order, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or style preferences.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or exchange.
